We believe in moulding children into adults who think and contribute to society. Therefore, the concept of ‘Academics' at Study Hall goes beyond studies, with a focus on helping children gain confidence and develop strong voices.

Care and respect for children is at the centre of all we do. As one of our leaders puts it "It's about the whole child, not just about academics."

Pedagogy

Study Hall follows the child-centric pedagogy it developed over its first few years. The curriculum and teaching, which emerged from daily interactions and consultations with our dedicated pre school teachers, were designed to maximise the all-round growth of a child. The years of successfully preparing curious young learners who have gone on to achieve laurels in various fields, all with our caring approach, provide testimony to the fact that our pedagogy has remained true to its philosophy.

The school's teachers and educators have constantly chosen to foster collaboration instead of competition in academics. It is our core belief that children should learn for the intrinsic value of learning, rather than being motivated by the idea of winning.

Teachers at Study Hall are given both the support and freedom to use their creativity and research to create their own lesson plans and curriculum. All staff are mentored and trained regularly.
